CNW Group and Rivet Software to deliver XBRL solutions under partnership agreement

    TORONTO, May 30 /CNW/ - CNW Group, Canada's leading news distributor and

interactive business software, today announced a partnership to provide the
benefits of interactive data and XBRL® (eXtensible Business Reporting
Language) to CNW Group clients.
    Under the terms of the agreement, CNW Group clients will have access to
Rivet Software solutions and service offerings for the creation, distribution
and analysis of XBRL tagged data.
    CNW Group clients will be able to take full advantage of interactive data
and participate in the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) XBRL Voluntary
Filing Program and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) Voluntary
Filing Program for submitting financial information including quarterly
earnings and other regulatory documents in XBRL format.
    The partnership agreement will provide CNW clients with access to the
following Rivet solutions:-   Dragon Tag®, a Microsoft® Office-based product for creating
        instance documents and company extension taxonomies. Dragon Tag has
        been used by nearly half of the participants in the SEC Voluntary
        Filing Program.

    -   Dragon View®, a robust XBRL taxonomy and instance document viewer
        that enables exporting information into Microsoft Excel®. Dragon
        View formed the basis of the XBRL Web Viewer that Rivet recently
        developed under contract for the SEC.

        deliver a fully scalable solution that enables organizations to
        easily collect and analyze XBRL data.

    -   CSA Markup Package, an integrated software and service offering for
        creating and reviewing XBRL financials for submission to the Canadian
